Especialmente en los equipos de marketing, ventas, recursos humanos, IT y customer service, los OKR han supuesto una forma de medici\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o muy interesante. De Intel a Google, y hasta nuestros d\u00edas<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39dc400 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"39dc400\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00daltimamente se escucha hablar mucho sobre el t\u00e9rmino OKR y c\u00f3mo las startups est\u00e1n adoptando\u00a0 esta metodolog\u00eda para medir sus objetivos. Com\u00fanmente <\/span><b>se ha popularizado como una forma de medir objetivos a peque\u00f1a escala<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en empresas que no cuentan con demasiadas interconexiones. <\/span><b>Pero, nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad\u2026 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La creaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda OKR data de los a\u00f1os 70 y su autor\u00eda se atribuye a Andy Grove, CEO de Intel, una empresa nada peque\u00f1a, por cierto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61a85bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"61a85bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos decir que la metodolog\u00eda OKR naci\u00f3 en Intel, pero sin duda alguna <\/span><b>se reforz\u00f3 y populariz\u00f3 en Google<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18772b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"18772b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que ocurri\u00f3 entonces es que John Doerr, conocido inversor y autor del libro \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mide lo que importa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, tras su paso por Intel lleg\u00f3 a Google. En Google fue donde valid\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda OKR como una forma de gesti\u00f3n por objetivos, ya en los a\u00f1os 90.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ed46a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ed46a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El concepto que planteaba Doerr era sencillo: <\/span><b>para alcanzar objetivos grandes debes identificar qu\u00e9 factores medibles resultan indispensables para lograr tu meta, y medir tu desempe\u00f1o en base a ellos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-127b701 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"127b701\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ah\u00ed sus siglas: O (objectives) KR (key results).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d640df1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d640df1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho as\u00ed queda muy claro el sentimiento de trabajo en equipo que reflejan los OKR, \u00bfverdad? Es muy probable que <\/span><b>su eficacia operativa sumada al impulso de motivaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que supone para los empleados sean los motivos por los que empresas como Google, LinkedIn y Airbnb hacen uso de esta metodolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e905926 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e905926\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un OKR? OKR (Objectives and Key Results) es una <strong>metodolog\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n para definir y alcanzar objetivos claros mediante resultados clave medibles<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b40027 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3b40027\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title metodolog\u00eda, no es de extra\u00f1ar que la lista de beneficios que arrastra sea muy interesante. <\/span><b>La implementaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda OKR en una empresa ayuda a:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38cc2ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38cc2ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" compa\u00f1\u00eda, equipo o proceso, en relaci\u00f3n a los objetivos establecidos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
