Parece un n\u00famero peque\u00f1o, pero detr\u00e1s hay algo importante: <\/span><b>es la primera vez desde 2023 que el indicador sube<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b979f7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b979f7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ven\u00edamos de un +36 en el pico de 2023, una ca\u00edda hasta +26 en 2024, y un +17 en 2025 que puso a muchas empresas en modo alarma. Que ahora remonte, aunque sea dos puntos, es una se\u00f1al de que algo est\u00e1 empezando a cambiar.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd8643f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd8643f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero hay un matiz que no deber\u00eda pasarse por alto: <\/span><b>el eNPS sube mientras el orgullo de pertenencia cae un 3,72%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Las organizaciones est\u00e1n consiguiendo que los empleados est\u00e9n m\u00e1s c\u00f3modos, pero no necesariamente m\u00e1s comprometidos. Eso significa que la mejora est\u00e1 siendo principalmente funcional, no emocional. Los empleados est\u00e1n m\u00e1s c\u00f3modos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, pero no necesariamente m\u00e1s orgullosos de su empresa ni m\u00e1s comprometidos con ella a largo plazo. Cuando aparezca una oferta mejor, esas condiciones no ser\u00e1n suficientes para que decidan quedarse.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Segundo indicio:<\/strong> el reconocimiento y la visibilidad de carrera siguen flojos. Solo el 63,08% percibe que los logros se reconocen p\u00fablicamente y a tiempo (ca\u00edda del 1,69%), y solo el 60,06% est\u00e1 satisfecho con la frecuencia con la que se valora su esfuerzo. Son los dos factores con mayor impacto en la intenci\u00f3n de permanencia, y ambos est\u00e1n por debajo de lo que deber\u00edan ser.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div El 89,5% de los empleados percibe que su empresa fomenta reconocer el trabajo ajeno, pero solo el 60,06% est\u00e1 satisfecho con la frecuencia con la que lo recibe.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Visibilidad de carrera para todos:<\/strong> Que solo el 61,05% de los empleados vea oportunidades reales de crecimiento es el dato m\u00e1s preocupante del informe en relaci\u00f3n al eNPS. Sin un camino claro hacia adelante, el talento empieza a buscar oportunidades fuera.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Cerrar el ciclo del feedback:<\/strong> El 34,86% de los empleados siente que le falta informaci\u00f3n para entender c\u00f3mo puede mejorar. Y solo el 65,37% siente que sus opiniones importan. Cuando el feedback no se traduce en cambios visibles, pierde credibilidad. Cuando la credibilidad se pierde, el eNPS baja.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Trabajar el orgullo de pertenencia, no solo la satisfacci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La satisfacci\u00f3n general est\u00e1 en el 73,4% y sigue mejorando. Pero el orgullo de pertenencia cae.
