Es un hecho, el eNPS sube a +19 tras dos a\u00f1os de ca\u00eddas, la comunicaci\u00f3n recupera terreno, el liderazgo vuelve a estar m\u00e1s presente y la cultura empieza a estar m\u00e1s presente en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b979f7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b979f7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero hay otro hecho que convive con el primero: el <\/span><b>62,62% de los empleados se considera embajador de su empresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una cifra que baja un 0,55% respecto a 2025. Y <\/span><b>solo el 72,94% afirma que le encantar\u00eda ser cliente de su propia empresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con una ca\u00edda del 2,07%. Son se\u00f1ales peque\u00f1as en apariencia, pero revelan algo que los datos agregados no cuentan: que estamos ante una mejora de condiciones, no de
