fiscal:<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de empresas cierran ejercicio en diciembre. La evaluaci\u00f3n se arrastra hasta ese momento porque sirve de base para decisiones de bonus, revisiones salariales y promociones que se aplican con el cambio de a\u00f1o.<\/li><li><strong>La inercia del &#8220;antes de que acabe el a\u00f1o&#8221;:<\/strong> Muchas empresas activan el proceso por puro efecto acumulaci\u00f3n. Si no se ha hecho en el Q1, Q2 o Q3, se hace en el Q4 porque &#8220;no se puede dejar para el siguiente ejercicio&#8221;.<\/li><li><strong>El desierto de Q3:<\/strong> El par\u00f3n vacacional de julio y agosto rompe el calendario.
