La autocr\u00edtica del empleado puede estar inflada por un cierre de proyecto dif\u00edcil reciente.<\/li><li><strong>Con la participaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> la tasa media de participaci\u00f3n es del 89,6%, lo que significa que la autoevaluaci\u00f3n tiene buen volumen de respuesta. Pero si tu tasa est\u00e1 por debajo, lo primero a revisar es si los empleados perciben que su autoevaluaci\u00f3n influye realmente en algo.<\/li><li><strong>Con la duraci\u00f3n del proceso:<\/strong> una campa\u00f1a que se alarga m\u00e1s de 46 d\u00edas entrega resultados desactualizados.
