And so, Ezequiel was then able to support them in this venture. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cColppy has a great company culture, but it used to be very structured. It lacked flexibility, and so that\u2019s what we continue adding. <\/span><\/i><b><i>A tech company like ours is in constant change, so our company culture should reflect that.<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61a85bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"61a85bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working on their people management became more evident when they were bought by a Chilean company.<\/span><b> Since then, they\u2019ve had a workforce distributed in 3 different countries. <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhen we were bought, we wondered how we could make these 2 different companies work as one. <\/span><\/i><b><i>We want people to feel comfortable working from wherever they choose.<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> So now our challenge is, how do we make sure everyone feels included, even if they are 2000km from us? Finding a solution was key.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50133c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50133c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And so, <\/span><b>they\u2019re making big efforts to become more dynamic and improve their processes and culture.<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI love working towards improving processes, questioning what we\u2019re doing and how we can do it better. We go against companies that don\u2019t invest in their People management and often have 2 people in Human Resources dealing with hundreds of employees. <\/span><\/i><b><i>Our People should be the focus of our company, because regardless of our product, our employees are our best asset.<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26cc0a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"26cc0a8\"
