pa\u00edses <\/span><b>ha puesto en alerta a los departamentos de recursos humanos de todo el mundo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En 2020 m\u00e1s de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.investing.com\/economic-calendar\/unemployment-rate-300\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuatro millones de trabajadores estadounidenses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dejaron su puesto de trabajo. <\/span><b>\u00bfAfectar\u00e1 a otras econom\u00edas? Es la gran pregunta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es evidente que los paradigmas transoce\u00e1nicos son distintos. En pa\u00edses como Espa\u00f1a donde no hay tanta oferta laboral como en EEUU, se hace m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil la inserci\u00f3n laboral tras la renuncia.
