Era una idea que no hab\u00edan escuchado antes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. &#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hablamos mucho de lo que significaba para ellos las personas y la cultura, as\u00ed como de la gesti\u00f3n de su departamento de Recursos Humanos en 2019. Les habl\u00e9 de mi visi\u00f3n y de c\u00f3mo la cultura de empresa deber\u00eda estar siempre evolucionando y cambiando con la sociedad. Aunque, por suerte, la pandemia ha permitido muchos cambios en este \u00e1mbito. En primer lugar, <\/span><\/i><b><i>no creo en los valores para un departamento de RRHH o una empresa<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si tienes una serie de valores, lo basar\u00e1s todo en estas ideas fijas y s\u00f3lo contratar\u00e1s a personas con esta misma mentalidad. S\u00ed, debes tener una esencia y una misi\u00f3n que nunca cambie. Pero, en mi opini\u00f3n, <\/span><\/i><b><i>necesitas una cultura de empresa cambiante que evolucione siempre con la sociedad y el equipo<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cuando te haces mayor, sigues siendo la misma persona, pero tu personalidad y tus valores evolucionan.
