equipo y tiene un impacto devastador en el ambiente laboral<\/strong>. Es el tipo de acoso laboral m\u00e1s habitual que existe, aunque su forma de solventarlo es bastante similar a la de el resto de tipos de acoso laboral. Los empleados sometidos a acoso horizontal pueden experimentar estr\u00e9s, ansiedad y una disminuci\u00f3n significativa en su rendimiento. Podr\u00edan incluso ser comunes en una organizaci\u00f3n. Un ejemplo de ello podr\u00eda ser un manager que solicita de forma reiterada y r\u00e1pida, sin solicitar opini\u00f3n al respecto, una tarea a un trabajador.
